If there is an extensive amount of trash and no pre-approval for the expense, we will obtain bids for you to approve. If you grant us approval for a pre-determined dollar amount for trash removal and cleaning, Wright REO Properties will have the trash removed and the property broom cleaned immediately after taking our digital photos.
