Trash and Debris Removal - Wright REO Properties can have your property broom cleaned in just 48 hours. If there is an extensive amount of trash and no pre-approval for the expense, we will obtain bids for you to approve. If you grant us approval for a pre-determined dollar amount for trash removal and cleaning, Wright REO Properties will have the trash removed and the property broom cleaned immediately after taking our digital photos.

Evictions and Cash for Keys - We will coordinate the entire eviction process including sheriffs, movers and locksmiths.  Usually, we will encourage homeowners to vacate by offering to pay them for their keys.

Repairing Properties - Wright REO Properties is better equipped than its competitors to help you decide whether to fix up a home for sale. Our full-time, licensed construction manager draws on 30 years of construction experience to prepare very detailed bid specifications to give to multiple contractors. We require their bids within 72 hours.
